What file formats does ComicShelf Reader support?+
ComicShelf Reader supports CBZ, CBR, PDF, and EPUB files. No conversion needed — just open and read.
How do I connect Google Drive?+
Open the app, go to the Sources tab, tap Add Source, and select Google Drive. You'll be prompted to sign in to your Google account. The app only requests read-only access to your Drive.
Can I read files from iCloud Drive or WebDAV?+
Yes. Tap Add Source in the Sources tab and choose iCloud Drive or WebDAV Server. For WebDAV, you'll need the server URL and any login credentials your server requires.
How do I switch between reading modes?+
While reading, tap the center of the screen to reveal the reader controls, then tap the layout icon to switch between Paginated, Panel View, and Scroll modes.
How do I enable manga / right-to-left reading?+
In the reader controls, tap Settings and toggle Reading Direction to Right-to-Left. This can also be set as the default in the app's Settings tab.
How do I remove a comic or source from my library?+
In the Library, swipe left on any comic to reveal the delete option. To remove a source, go to Sources, tap the source, and choose Disconnect or Delete.
Do I need an internet connection to read?+
Only if your comics are stored on Google Drive or a WebDAV server. Files imported from iCloud Drive or your device are available offline.
